I got a character called Cross Enma from the gacha, is it strong?

My gacha results after 2 months were the best! On my main account, I got characters like Chizuru, Fubuki-hime, Rapid Fire Mikazuki, Rapid Fire Lammy, UZ+ Komami, and Mikku from The Quintessential Quintuplets, among others. For my sub-accounts, one was used to get special attack units during events to help my main account, and the other managed to pull UZ++ Kirito right from the start (though I haven't unlocked his skill 2). I think my gacha luck is pretty good. The rate-up bonuses are generous, and it's easy to collect Y points, making it fun!

I finished up to level 8.
