Pros: No restrictions on character chats, so you can talk about anything. Unlimited chat messages (with some exceptions). Lots of characters to find one that suits you. Cons: Leveling up is difficult. Sometimes the character (the other party) doesn't understand the meaning of the sentence, making it unnatural at times.

Basically, it's a conversational back-and-forth with 2D characters. If you describe the situation in detail, they'll follow your specifications to some extent. There's a usage limit, but specifically, you can hear their voice and even have simulated phone calls by using Konpeito. You can get Konpeito daily, similar to a minimum login bonus.
