I'm a high school freshman and confessed to a girl in my class via DM, and this was her reply. Should I give up on this relationship?

I realized that the way we interacted felt like we were probably just friends, and it reminded me of how things were in middle school. Their family was there too, and after the fireworks show, we all went to karaoke and had a great time! Personally, I want to keep in touch more, and I'm not sure if I like them romantically, so I'll decide after getting to know them better.

I always go to my boyfriend's place on weekends so I can't even text 😭 I really hate weekends

I have the Eiken test tomorrow, and apparently my girlfriend is taking it too. So I thought maybe we could go together. But I'm taking the Pre-2nd Grade and she's taking the 3rd Grade, so we're in different sessions (morning and afternoon) and I found out we can't go together... So even though it's the same venue, we can't go together because the times are different, which makes me sad...

I really felt like meeting someone is all about timing. She told me she wished she'd met me before her boyfriend, and while I'm happy, I also feel frustrated that I can't beat him. I wish I'd met you sooner too, damn it!! 😭

With both of us having kids' tournaments, it's been hard to find time to meet this month 🥲 Maybe I should make some time to go see them 🤔

The other day, I got a message from a friend saying 'XX wants to meet up.' We talked a bit, exchanged LINE info, and chatted. She was someone I was pretty close with and had a crush on back in middle school. I didn't think much of it back then, but lately, I've been thinking about her a lot. She's a girl, and while I liked her in middle school, I'm not sure if I still like her now. We've talked about going to see fireworks, so maybe it's okay to decide after I go?

Went on a date with my boyfriend yesterday! It was super fun! I saw on Insta and stuff that first dates are supposed to be under 3 hours, but we've been together since kindergarten, except for elementary school, and we used to talk about each other after school. So we ignored the 3-hour thing and just went on our date lol. It was like 7 hours lol? I'm tired lol lol
