Set against the backdrop of otaku culture, it's interesting how it carefully depicts the relatable coming-of-age story of chasing dreams and the sweet, poignant romance. The opening is also divine, so please give it a watch.

I thought this might have been posted before, but I just watched the final episode of season 2 today, so I'm posting about it again. I also love "Hyō no Jōheki" (Ice Wall) by the same author, Agasawa Kōcha, but I think the vibe and themes are quite different. It's a romantic comedy about high school students, but I think it's a really enjoyable series without any weird twists. I love all the characters, they're all so cute. Definitely check it out!

『 Touch 』 (Completed) 👑 An immortal masterpiece anime from the Showa era 👑 ~ Synopsis ~ Twin brothers, the good-for-nothing Tatsuya Uesugi (older brother) and the accomplished Kazuya Uesugi (younger brother), along with their childhood friend and neighbor of the same age, Minami Asakura (the heroine), grew up like family. One day, the younger brother, Kazuya, suddenly passes away in a traffic accident. Overwhelmed by the shock, Tatsuya and Minami are left behind in deep sorrow. ☆…It's the Showa era anime Touch, with the theme song 'Stop your breath for one second, you~' from the "Dedede~n" intro!!! The title "Touch" apparently means "baton touch," a touch in the sense of passing the baton from Kazuya to Tatsuya! Even if you know famous scenes like "It has a beautiful face, doesn't it?" and "Tatsuya Uesugi loves Minami Asakura~", I don't think there are that many people outside the Touch generation who have actually watched all the episodes plus the movies. I myself only knew about the famous scenes and Kazuya's death, and only started watching Touch did I learn there were 101 episodes and 3 movies. Minami Asakura is wonderful, but I also liked Yuka Nitta!

This season's anime is personally super hot! ❤️🔥 The Apothecary Diaries, Tokyo Revengers, Tougen Anki, The Marriage of the Firefly, Ranma, Ao no Hako, and so many more... My recommended anime is none other than... "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba"! This is an anime and manga that is indispensable in my life ✨ I got hooked when I first bought the manga during the pandemic, and when the anime started, staying up all night to watch it every week became my routine!!! As I got hooked, my mother, who was also into it, became a fan too, and she took me to the movies multiple times, so it's a work that my whole family got into 🤣 When a chapter ends, I'd eagerly await the next episode's anime, living each day with excitement... I remember crying my eyes out during the movie "Mugen Train" and then going home lol Following the manga, I cried buckets again during the Mugen Castle movie, especially at Akaza's past... There are some gruesome parts like blood and decapitation, but it's a wonderful work with touching and heart-wrenching moments ✨️ Personally, I had only watched anime like Precure, Doraemon, and Crayon Shin-chan, which everyone goes through, so encountering an anime that I could get this obsessed with felt like a miracle ✨️ I've rambled on a lot, but I have so much to say about Demon Slayer that I really want to talk about it with all of you 😂😂

It was released last spring, but I believe only NTV broadcast it on terrestrial television. Since I live in the Kansai region, I missed it. Later, I heard it had quite high ratings and that the character design was by Izumi Takemoto, whom I've been a fan of for a long time, which made me incredibly regretful. It has rooms 1 through 6, plus a manager's room. Yusaku Godai, 19, is a ronin (student preparing for university entrance exams) living there. There are other residents with strong personalities too. However, at their core, everyone is a good person. One day, a new manager arrives at Maison Ikkoku. Kyoko Otonashi, 21, a widow. Yusaku Godai falls in love with Kyoko at first sight. Of course, smartphones didn't exist in this era. The story features early models of pagers. It was an era where you couldn't easily contact someone when you were apart, leading to many scenes of missed connections. So, what was romance like back then? It's natural to assume that misunderstandings due to lack of contact were common in real life too. There are many scenes that meticulously depict the social conditions of the time. This is a love story between Yusaku Godai and Kyoko Otonashi.
