Duolingo
I've missed a few days multiple times, breaking my 3-digit streak, so I think I've been using it for over 3 years in total. However, now it's become solely about 'increasing my consecutive days,' and my actual learning hasn't progressed at all. (I just do listening exercises a few times daily). Isn't it counterproductive that the more you use it, the higher the requirements for monthly quests and such become, making it easier to achieve various goals by just doing the bare minimum...? I heard they added a math course, which I'm a bit curious about.

Pomodoro Technique
It might be so famous that I don't need to post about it again, but I believe in the usefulness of this technique. Even if you don't stick to the exact timing, inserting short and long breaks appropriately significantly boosts efficiency. Also, it's common for problems that were troublesome during long, uninterrupted work sessions to be easily solved after a 5-minute break.
