For breakfast today, I had spicy chili oil mushrooms and rice, which I saw and bought recently! It's like a chili oil you can eat, with lots of enoki, wood ear, and shiitake mushrooms, and it's super delicious! Since it's packed with mushrooms, it seems good for the stomach too~

My neck and shoulders have been hurting for about a week straight and I'm about to cry. It hurts even when I move them a little... Should I go for a massage or to a chiropractor or something?
