I like Marugen because it's affordable and delicious😋😋 And the fried rice you finish yourself is great💕 I tend to go for the spicier ramen options if they have them🤣🤣

The ramen place I wanted to eat at was unexpectedly closed for maintenance 😖😖 I really wanted their ramen, so I went a bit out of my way to a ramen place in the same chain, but it was so crowded I couldn't get in 😅 So, I ended up going into a ramen place in my neighborhood ✨️ It's so close that I hadn't really gone before, but it was delicious, so I decided it was good in its own way!! 💕 That ladle that lets you scoop up the minced meat really does a good job, doesn't it? 😋😋

Yamaoka-ya's spicy miso ramen… This time I went with the extra spicy level 💕 For toppings, I had the shredded green onions changed to spicy, and then I used the fried pork chashu from the free app coupon~🎶 When I go to Yamaoka-ya, I always stick to the spicy miso, but I do get to try a bit of other flavors from my daughter 🤣🤣 The Yamaoka-ya I usually go to is so crowded it's like a lap around the store, so you have to be prepared to eat there… but well, it's Yamaoka-ya, you just suddenly crave it… That's how delicious it is ✨️

Is Yamaokaya, a ramen shop mainly in the Tohoku region but a nationwide chain? I went to Yamaokaya. I added a seasoned egg to the Premium Something Shoyu Ramen (vaguely remember...🫨). A ramen with chewy seaweed, chopped onions, slightly firm chashu pork, and one sheet of nori, with a soup that has a little bit of back fat floating in it🙂 When ordering, you can choose from three levels for noodle firmness, soup richness, and amount of back fat👍

There's a ramen shop a short drive from my house that I've been curious about for ages😋 I finally went with my daughter the other day✨️ The chashu pork was so tender it fell apart just picking it up with chopsticks, and the soft-boiled egg was perfectly cooked, just the best💕 And then there was the fried rice, loaded with chunks of garlic that made me forget all about work the next day!! The garlic was fluffy and sweet and delicious✨️ It seems to be a chain, so there might be one near you all✨️

Yamagata, famous for its soba noodles, also has delicious ramen shops! This place, which even has a cup noodle version, is Ryushagai Akai Kara Miso Ramen! Enjoy the hearty, hand-kneaded noodles, the soup sprinkled with aonori (seaweed), and the spicy miso paste in the center as you mix it in😋

A ramen shop in Sendai, Miyagi. A shop dedicated to shrimp, shrimp, shrimp🦐. This menu item is the lobster cream tsukemen. It's my favorite tsukemen shop in Miyagi, but apparently, they're closing down this month...🥲 So, I went for one last meal yesterday😋 It was as delicious as ever~~😋😋 They also had shrimp ramen (light), shrimp gatsun (rich) with toppings of grilled shrimp heads🦐, and shrimp rice, shrimp gyoza🦐. It's truly a shrimp🦐 paradise, irresistible for shrimp🦐 lovers. Everything I ate was delicious~~ Thank you for everything up until now🦐🙏
