What's the priority for enhancing sacred gear?

Why are there some weapons and armor I collect that can't be used for Divine Gear enhancement even after refining? Also, I often make mistakes when evolving them, frequently evolving items that shouldn't be evolved and then having to reset... (This is more of a complaint than a question)

I'm in the middle of clearing Quest 16, but I keep losing when Bell appears. Can someone please tell me how to beat this character? Also, what should I do with my weapons after finishing Cordy's divine gear enhancement?

Basically, you want to push through the story to unlock content first, and as many people have said, you can progress smoothly by focusing your growth resources solely on Florence. I personally progressed with Cordy until a certain point, but got stuck a few times. Once I switched to Florence, I was able to breeze through the story. (Resetting costs diamonds) It's like placing Merlin on the edge and Florence next to her. For runes, I think it's best to aim for 3 sets of 9 Penetration, then focus a bit on Speed runes, and then aim for 10 Penetration. Apparently, the final goal is 14, 14, 13.

This is how it looks right now. My torso gear's divine enhancement is up to 40, should I just raise it for other characters as well?

I'm currently working hard on training Lunariind. I've given her a red weapon, equipped her with the Haniel 2-set (Critical Up), slotted critical runes, and placed her next to Merlin, but... First off, her attacks don't hit often. And even when they do hit, they don't crit. Since Lunariind is a Sorcerer, I believe Magic is important, but if the goal is to land 3-turn silence, which two should I prioritize among Strength (increases Accuracy), Dexterity (increases Critical Rate), and Magic (increases Debuff Hit Rate)? I've been on the first server I joined, but lately, I feel like this place isn't very active. However, since I'm not the type to join guilds or anything, I also think maybe it's better to stay as I am... Could you tell me about the value/pros and cons of servers?
