Bun-chan has officially graduated, so here are some (partial) photos from the milk-feeding era of the foster kittens from the Milk Volunteer livestreams I've supported. Milk volunteering, or 'Mirubora,' is raising newborn kittens, typically around 2 weeks old, feeding them milk every 2-3 hours. Since they can't eliminate on their own yet, you have to stimulate their bottoms with tissue to help them go. You raise them until they can use the litter box independently and eat dry food, then pass the baton of life to their adoptive families. It's tough, but I believe it's a truly noble activity. I can't do it myself anymore due to health issues, but I want to support it at least by spreading the word like this.

I just found out from the live info of my favorite Mil-bola Liver who is currently streaming. There are adoption applications for Fuku-chan & Fuu-chan too! Since Fuku-chan's info is gone, I assume they've been successfully adopted by a new family. The Mil-bola Liver said that applications for both of them came in almost simultaneously, so there's an extremely high chance they were adopted by the same family. It would have been perfect if it was Fumi-chan's family though 🤭

Introducing the 3F siblings who graduated from Milbora last month and are now waiting for their forever families at our partner animal hospital. 【Milbora Names】 Fuku-chan: Mixed breed, black and white male Fuu-chan: Mixed breed, ginger and white male Fumi-chan: Mixed breed, ginger and white female *Only Fumi-chan has received an application. Likely awaiting screening. Fuku-chan and Fuu-chan are still looking for adoptive families. They were found crammed into a cardboard box in a dehydrated state on an intensely hot day just before summer, and Milbora was contacted by the shelter. Milbora and their fans had hoped that the 3F siblings could stay together, so it's a little sad that they might be separated. They were such an incredibly close-knit group of siblings. We really hope at least Fuku-chan and Fuu-chan can stay together. For adoption information, search for "Zutto Issho" in Fukuoka City. You can see them under "Adoption". *I just checked and Fuku-chan and Fuu-chan's names were reversed 😅
