Mixed reactions to new forms of existing characters...

It's the first time for a male character with Quantum (excluding collabs), and the first time for Elation (excluding the protagonist), so I'm happy... I'm a big fan of Aventurine and Robin, but honestly, I think the swimsuit aspect was a bit of a letdown this time... It feels like, 'If it's just a swimsuit, couldn't it have been an outfit instead...?' 💦 It's quite season-limited, and I feel like people might find it a bit odd for that reason. I'm happy with anything just because it's Abe, but I can understand feeling like 'Huh?' when a swimsuit comes out as a new form when there doesn't seem to be any story growth. Looking forward to the story! ( ᐛ )و Abe... I'll max-limit break you... ( ◜ᴗ◝ )

If it's part of the main story's growth, I can accept it like an evolution, but swimsuits have a strong association with summer events, so I think many people might think, 'Then aren't skin costumes good enough?' The timing of the announcement probably plays a role too. With a second Fate collab coming and swimsuits for popular characters, I feel like many people thought, 'The pressure to spend is high! 😭'
