Hoo! For beginners, it's wise to first look for a circle with 'no quotas.' If the rules for fan counts and shoe rotations are relaxed, you can learn at your own pace, right? First, find a place where you can enjoy interacting without pressure, hoo!

It's pretty much the same as Fukumon, but if you don't have a quota and are B rank or higher in the circle ranking, you get a decent amount of stones every month. If you look for circles that say auto-approval on X etc. and silent participation is okay, the hurdle for talking becomes much lower.
