Currently, the only way to get the frame is through the top 1000 ranking rewards in the Finale Chapter. My impression, and that of people around me, is that last time runners worked hard because the frame had the unit's color plus a one-point accent of their favorite character's color, making it instantly obvious who they were pushing for... 🤔 To be blunt, that's really all there is to the Finale Chapter! For your favorite character's chapter, you aim to get the top 100 title with special wording like 'Flower or Higher,' and then aim even higher... or something like that. Many people who do board runs feel the same way.

Last time, I believe the specification was that it would be the chapter for the leader character of the main formation, so the rules and bonuses were mostly the same as a regular chapter. (Of course, it changes if you switch leaders mid-way.) (I don't remember the types...) Also, to get the frame, it's quite difficult to obtain unless you've earned the flower title (maybe TOP100?) in the World Link chapter of the character you chose. I think the event exchange was pretty much the same as the overall World Link.

The Finale Chapter is mainly for event runs to get frames, right? You get frames in the color of the character used most often at the front. Last time, the 1000+ title had a 50% bonus in the Finale Chapter, so I had to run the Character Chapter too, but I don't think there was any mention of that this time, so I think that part was okay. However, as I posted yesterday, the 1000+ run in the Finale Chapter is brutal, so I don't recommend it unless it's absolutely necessary.
