How to deal with taunts & harassment in Battle Arena
I feel like this is especially true during the season, but what kind of mindset do people have who start abandoning the game from the start of a match or start blaming (taunting) their teammates midway through? I can personally still forgive people who switch to AI mid-game... you don't lose points even if you lose... If your teammates were NPCs or AI-controlled characters, I think it would be acceptable (forgivable), but both opponents and teammates are real people, so it's something you shouldn't do if you think about it normally, right? It lowers the morale of that match, and some teammates start abandoning the game too. It's even more bizarre when people deliberately come to my unrelated tweets after that to complain. Since Compas has X (Twitter) integration, there are people who go out of their way to check that, taunt, and complain – it's incredibly annoying and unpleasant! You can't see someone's timeline unless you follow them or they use tags, so for someone to do that means they must have a lot of free time or be a really twisted person, I think. The best method is probably to ignore such people when they come to your TL, or if it's really bad, report them for 'inappropriate remarks' or block them... What do you all do?

You must not be happy in real life. I'm playing Dissidia, and they say it's pretty much the same as Compass since the same company is involved... so there are a lot of refugees... Since you're experienced, you're probably good, but since the goal is to win rather than have fun, those who aren't good or use AUTO get attacked a lot 😢 It's too much of a hassle, so I mostly just do the practice mode and am basically a login-only player. It's one of the factors that makes the game less populated. It's annoying, but... it's best not to engage... (._.)

I used to play too, and when I came back after a few years and started again, I felt bad after being taunted by two teammates. It was a mode that wasn't ranked, like 'Free Multi?', and I was around beginner rank since I was playing for fun, but they started taunting me midway. I was the only one fighting seriously, but the taunting was so bad that I haven't played the game for years since then. They were probably a duo, so it would be ideal if I could block them and not get matched with them...
