Gacha Information for Beginners
Currently, there are two Fate collaboration gachas, a new character Himeko gacha, and three returning characters. I'll discuss the priority based on usability, convenience, and versatility. The priority order is: 1. Characters you like ← Most important 2. Characters that make story or攻略 (strategy/walkthrough) easier 3. Characters that are essential parts for characters you use 4. Others First, the Fate gacha. Right now, you can get AUO or Archer for free, so it's best to pick your favorite and then pull for the character that pairs well with them. If you pick Archer, pull for Rin. If you pick AUO, pull for Saber. Before pulling, don't forget to choose the signature weapon that matches the free character you get. Among these four, the versatility order is AUO 1st Evasion > Archer Rin > Saber AUO. For AUO, 1st Evasion is recommended when pairing with other characters. Archer and Rin can form a party if both are 1st Evasion and you include Hanabi. Saber party requires AUO as an essential part. Next, about the new character Himeko. Her party-building ease is top-tier among the gachas. If you pair her with characters from the 'Train' group, she seems manageable (like Welt from the permanent gacha, the protagonist who can always be used, 4-star characters like Ruan Mei or Dan Heng, or gacha characters like Xueyi or Sparkle). AuthorLastly, regarding the three rerun characters: Kerydra, Anaix, and Aventurine, quite a unique lineup. Anaix offers usability, Aventurine provides convenience, and Kerydra is an essential part for specific characters. Anaix has the ability to "embed weaknesses for all elements" while attacking, so you'll rarely be stuck without a needed element. Recommended for clearing story stages or regular rewards when paired with a main DPS or the 4-star Herta. Aventurine is a character whose barrier ability increases after taking some damage, retaliating in the process. They are particularly effective in follow-up attack teams or Kafka teams, and can still perform well in story content up to Penacony. Furthermore, at E1, they provide a barrier from the start of combat, making them highly recommended. The only caveat is that the barrier breaks if a fast-attacking DPS acts three times, so just be mindful of that... Kerydra is an extremely niche character, functioning as an essential component for specific allies with their dual-hit skill and offensive buff. However, if you know who to pair them with, you won't get lost. Those specific characters are Anaix, Pela, and Clara. E1 is also recommended.
