Basically, if you're free-to-play or a light spender, the permanent gacha is your best bet! To get stronger in this game, you need to evolve characters, which requires multiple copies of the same character or characters of the same attribute. Limited-time characters are harder to get duplicates of, and without evolution, they'll gradually become less effective. Unless you have a strong attachment or specific desire for a particular character, it's recommended to pull on the permanent gacha first. For reference, I mainly raised 'Cordi' of the green attribute!
