Sad that there are more scary people

You know that place you can go to from the library to meet the past Manatee... I'm sure some of you know it, but I often run into weird people there. They're probably wearing a little mask and are super small, but when I'm playing with Manatee, they keep chasing me with a candle. Why do I call them cheaters? Well, they can grow giant without using any magic emotes. They were also taking off and putting on their capes in that area. If you can freely put on and take off a special cape, then it's just my lack of knowledge (>_<) Also, they seem to target me more often when I'm with my close star friends. It's a bit sad that it feels like there are more cheaters out there, like those who fly tons of wings, making it hard to easily make new friends... But I'm relieved that the developers seem to be taking measures to address this (*^^*)
