[Achievement] Conditions for counting up 'Completionist Master'

Just now, I finally reached Lv2 for the 'Completionist Master' achievement. I reached Lv1 on 4/15, and it took 128 days to reach Lv2. I still don't really understand what conditions count towards it... I play a location-based game called Ingress. My continuous login streak is 2,687 days as of yesterday, (refer to 'Current Sojourner Streak' at the bottom of the 3rd image) And I've been playing for about 3 hours every day since before the Playio achievement system existed, exceeding Playio's measurement cap of 120 minutes. (Note: I haven't played today yet.) However, the 'Completionist Master' count only increased by 23 over 128 days. I thought maybe it was 1 count per week (7 days), but 128 days is 18 weeks + 2 days, which doesn't add up to 23. What exactly are the conditions for the count-up...?
