What's up with the speed?
I trained my Choice Scarf Wugtrio with 150 Speed, but I lost a speed tie against an opponent's Mega Gengar. Can someone explain this? For reference, Mega Gengar chose Destiny Bond, and Wugtrio chose Poltergeist.

For a Speed 150 EV spread on Scarf Yveltal, are the base stats like this? Non-max Speed (130) with Scarf: 195 Max Speed (143) with Scarf: 214 Aren't they? Max Speed Mega Gengar is 200, so unless its Speed is lowered by 1 or it's affected by something in doubles, it shouldn't lose to anything other than max Speed Scarf users.

Didn't know Choice Scarf Yveltal can't outspeed Mega Gengar. I never used either so I was unaware (belatedly).

Should we go for speed by being mindful of mirrors, or is it better to exclude Mega Delphox (or maybe excluding 135 base speed Pokémon in general)?
