Charged for payment error, money gone...

I thought completing this fishing event would be tough, so I tried to top up just 800 yen via PayPay a moment ago, but it seems the purchase failed due to an error. When I tried again, I got a notification from PayPay. 800 yen was definitely deducted. But the items aren't showing up even after restarting... I rushed to contact support, but they can't possibly handle it that quickly, and it's already this late, so it'll be tough to make it in time, right? It's a shame I can't complete it, but I hope I get my money back 😭💦
