Motivation Switch
Maybe it's because yesterday was a disaster. No, my motivation switch is usually off, but yesterday was really bad. As usual, the same old story... that annoying senior colleague did it again. It's fine to say things, but I wonder if it's okay to always dump tasks on others and do it in such a high-handed manner. It's a pointless conflict, and since there's no need to waste time on it, I just reply with "I apologize" and "Sorry" and quickly handle it. Is that something only I can do? No, I think most people in this workplace (excluding new hires or those with little experience) could probably do it? If you check it yourself and it still seems impossible, I might understand if you say something like, "Can you check this out for me?" But just saying, "Hey! That thing! It's not moving and it's dangerous!" and dumping it on me. They said it in such an intimidating way, making me feel like I did something wrong, but it turned out to be something that wouldn't be difficult if you handled items gently in the first place. They force it and move it around roughly, and on top of that, they neglect to wipe it clean immediately, treating it as someone else's responsibility for item management, which led to this situation. To top it all off, they're pushing something that borders on overstepping their authority, pressuring me to handle things I can't, in an intimidating way. *Sigh*.

Oh my, yesterday must have been really tough for you. It makes me so sad that someone would treat you unfairly when you're trying so hard. Please have something warm today and rest your heart.
