Eggplant Gyoza
I had some leftover eggplants from when my boyfriend visited the other day, so I made and ate eggplant gyoza by myself the next day lol I sliced the eggplant, sprinkled a little salt, let it sit, then rinsed it so I could fold it like a dumpling. I put the filling on and grilled them ꉂ🤣𐤔 For the dipping sauce, I just used soy sauce, lemon juice, and chili oil, and it was delicious! 💕

AuthorAs a supplement, if you scoop out the top of the tofu a little, put meat filling on it, and steam it, it's also delicious!! Pour some spicy sauce on it before eating 😊 It's a great dish to pair with drinks.
