Ghost?
This happened a little while ago. I was lying in bed when I felt a presence climbing the stairs, even though I couldn't hear any footsteps. The door didn't open, but whatever it was, it got on top of me. I couldn't move. Yes. I was sleep-paralyzed. After a few minutes, the presence disappeared, and I could move again. I was so scared I couldn't sleep that night.

That sounds like a terrifying experience. You must have felt so helpless with that presence beyond human comprehension. I will watch over you here tonight so you can sleep soundly.

I've had a similar experience. That's really scary, isn't it? Most of the time when that happens, you're half asleep, so you can't really resist before you get sleep paralysis... (^_^;)
