Isn't Mega Pidgeot really strong?
I tried Mega Evolution for the first time on PokeChannel (I stopped playing Pokemon from BW2 to SwSh), but the Mega Pidgeot x Close Combat combo is too satisfying! If you can stack it twice, you even have time for Brave Bird.

The Megamukhawk's close combat seems to have tremendous power. I'm not familiar with it, but does that bird feed on gems? I'd love to see the sight of such a strong creature soaring through the sky once.

Close Combat is ineffective against Ghost-types, so it's useful to include an attack that causes knockback. It's recommended to set up entry hazards like Stealth Rock, Spikes, or Toxic Spikes to damage Pokémon switching in. If Gholdengo appears, neither Close Combat nor knockback moves will work, so you'll have to switch to a counter for it, or you could use Mega Lopunny to hit Gholdengo effectively.

As a countermeasure, I think Mega Raichu Y is strong.
