Pound Cake!

It's the weekend, so I baked and ate an easy pound cake using a hot cake mix. I used honey instead of sugar. And yogurt instead of milk. It turned out to be a gently sweet pound cake. Both the crumbly texture right after baking and the moist texture after wrapping it in plastic wrap and letting it sit in the fridge overnight are delicious. And all it takes is mixing and baking.
