Gore Warning

This is a story about a nightmare I had last night. Maybe because I was suffering from a headache, I had a gruesome dream... The content was that in a game, after being hit in the head by an enemy with something (I don't remember), I cut off the back of my own head like in the image, then cut my neck and died. But what happened in the game was actually happening to me. My neck wasn't cut, but the back of my head was. Normally, your brain would be cut too and you'd die, but in the dream, my brain was smaller and located in the front, so I was alive... Furthermore, when I looked in the mirror, my cheekbones were protruding on one side, and I wondered if this was also an effect of cutting the back of my head. When I touched the cut part, I could even feel the texture of a skull. There was also a stinging pain where it was cut. So, in the dream, I thought that in this state, I couldn't even sleep, so I had no choice but to cut my neck and die, just like in the game... Then I woke up. I woke up in the middle of the night, so I went back to sleep feeling anxious that I might have the same dream again. I apologize if this is written strangely. I don't have a good vocabulary to begin with, and it was a weird dream, so I couldn't express it well...
