Mega Sharkader Usage
I feel like Protect will be necessary to accumulate Speed since its Speed isn't that high. Experts, please advise.

If Mega Sharkader can't break through the environmental attacker even with its speed boost, it's probably because the opponent has a Choice Scarf. Maybe your training is a bit off? I imagine it being Jolly or Adamant with 32 Attack, 32 Speed, and the rest in HP, with moves like Protect/Crunch/Waterfall or Aqua Break/Flex Slot (Psychic Fangs, Ice Fang, Whirlpool, etc.).
