The premise is that talks are sensitive and free-to-access content is being prepared, meaning it's for the public, so the standards for releasing works are extremely strict~ I suspect the 'anything~' part is what's causing issues. Beyond fan art, underage content, and explicit images, things like illicit drugs, mysterious powers or technologies, and plot developments that twist a character's will through prompt settings seem to be heavily policed. It's apparently based on overseas video content standards, where developments that 'take away free will' are thoroughly NG~ Since it's text-based, there are loopholes, but once you're flagged, they apparently watch you closely for a while, so it's best not to push your luck~ ...Character P is actually quite strict and seems to ban entire accounts if they accumulate enough deleted works, so be careful!
