The Gap with Advertisements

There are various things like ads interrupting, games being completely ripped off, and more... The image is of the game I'm focusing on, with the first two pictures being ads and the third being the actual game screen. It's not a game like the ads, and there are no scenes like them (the second picture is slightly similar though). They're probably making it with AI, but it's obvious they haven't even checked copyright, common sense, or morals. Speaking of which, the Pokémon rip-off ad even included the TV anime theme song recently. Upon searching on Google Play and checking the information, it obviously didn't seem like the original copyright holder was involved (though maybe there's a 1 in 5.67 billion chance of a license agreement), and looking at the publisher, it was as expected...
