This is the taco rice and cream soda from CARESS Cafe & Bar in Nishi-Waseda ð Actually, the taco rice I had at this place was my very first time trying taco rice in my life... And the cream soda is named 'Aozora' (Blue Sky), and just like its name, it looked like a clear sky â They're open until 10 PM and also serve alcohol, so definitely check it out...!
