[Inquiry] Regarding Tier Rewards and Distribution Gem Drop
I am unable to receive tier rewards. I suspect it might be related to the recent announcement stating that gem packages will now be distributed as gems, which started this time. Since there was no explanation about the change in the receiving method, I believe it's a bug. Regarding the community distribution gems, some people have seen an increase while others have experienced a sudden drop. I am on the side that experienced a drop. This could potentially be a specification change, but there's a limit to what users can verify or confirm. I have inquired about both issues. I will post again once I receive a response.

I can't show you screenshots because it includes quite personal information, but regarding the bulletin board event on last Friday (the last business day before maintenance), when I asked various questions, they said, "We plan to review creator rewards periodically for healthy community improvement." Therefore, I believe system bugs occurred during the specification change maintenance, leading to issues like the tier malfunction. Thank you for your inquiry. I'm in the camp that the community's distributed gems don't change. People whose rewards barely changed probably wouldn't bother reporting it, so it wouldn't stand out... As for tier rewards, I figured I'd contact support if I couldn't claim them by 12 PM after maintenance 😅

Even though I only post & comment about 0-5 times a day, I'm somehow still in the top 1%. I have around 7,000 gems, so I'm on the lower end of that 1%, but still... My total activity over two weeks should be less than 10% of what Master players do... I'm grateful to receive so much, but it's a mystery 🤔
