Is it that little? I haven't looked closely, but if there's a time quest, I think you can go over 200. I don't have a time quest right now... ðEven then, it was only 100 gems. I think you could get more if you installed a new game and played it. But if it's a game you've been playing for a long time, it might really be around that much.
