My absolute favorite!

This is Sanzoku-yaki I'm eating on my way back from an offline gaming meetup. It's got this savory, spicy miso that smells amazing... Even though they provide a knife and fork, the best way to eat it is by wrapping it in the paper on the table and just going at it. Why does meat taste so much better when you eat it with your hands? Taking a bite of the Sanzoku-yaki, I cleanse my palate with a rice ball, pickles, and cold tea to cut through the richness. From the bottom of my heart, I feel, ah, this is happiness.
