Really difficult...

I try to place the big fruits to one side, either left or right, leaving space in the center. If small fruits get under the big ones, they become quite a nuisance later, so it's easier if you arrange them in order of size. Even if you can combine them right away, sometimes you can create a chain by waiting and looking at the next fruit. It's recommended not to use items in the early stages and save them for when you're really stuck!
