Did the ads change?

I always thought this game had frequent ads, but they were short ones that you could skip in about 5 seconds. I thought, 'Well, it can't be helped.' But have they started showing longer ads too? Is it just me? I don't dislike the game itself, but it'll be tough if there are any more ads.
