Diamonds and Gacha

The specs for Para are already almost the same as Diva, so there isn't a huge difference in the system, but... You get diamonds for catching rare fish, and you can get 4-digit amounts from diamond distributions. These are systems not present in Diva, so you can accumulate diamonds relatively advantageously. Therefore, if there's a character you really want, don't just pull with 10-pulls (1980 diamonds). It's better to aim to save up 30,000 diamonds, or keep 30,000 diamonds and increase it again when Waninashi comes. Pull consecutively when you've increased it. 10-pull gacha. It's extremely rare to get one on a single pull. The more pulls you do, the higher the chance of getting something. (Although, it's stingy, so you might even get a rate-up SSR character as a pity pull.)
