Hasn't the Rival Skin Ticket become easier to obtain?

Before, I had to raise the season pass quite a bit to get 10 tickets (one skin), but now it's 1 ticket for logging in for a week, or 3 tickets just by doing dailies for a week? Skins have become much easier to get, right?
