It was scary in a different way too

There were a lot of paranormal photo submissions, so I'll share one too. It's like it has nothing to do with me (it's not my photo), but also like it does... that kind of story. Back then, I was casually browsing a women's magazine on the second floor of a large supermarket I frequented. It was summer, and the women's magazines were doing special features on the supernatural, and one had a 'Paranormal Photo Special'. One photo in that feature really stood out, and even though I knew it was just a printed image, it was a scary photo. The story was that the person who took it had gone through various troubles, and even a psychic who appraised it had called it dangerous. I thought it was a scary photo while looking at the magazine. I don't know if it was because I saw that photo, but later that day, I lost my wallet while out and about, and I fell down, among other misfortunes. It might sound like a trivial story, but each time something happened, I remembered that 'paranormal photo' and got scared... that's the story.
