Grilled Sujikon and Dried Splendid Alfonsino
Thinking about it, I've only commented and never posted myself, so this is my first post. It wasn't today though. The dried splendid alfonsino had a lot of small bones and was a bit difficult to eat, but it was very delicious. Jokul tumbler for beer, and Kenbishi for sake. Sujikon is god-tier.

Congrats on your first post, booo! The dried golden eye snapper looks super delicious with all that fat, booboo! Since the tendon and corn are with beef, I can watch without worry, booo!

I've never had dried Kinmedai (golden-eyed sea bream), but I bet it's delicious… I love dried fish because you can really taste the umami. And the stewed tendon (suji-kon) looks amazing too. This would go great with drinks… Personally, I think it would pair especially well with sake 🤤

AuthorSake goes really well with it, doesn't it? Although, beer, wine, or highball would be fine too.
