I went to try the Japanese chestnut Mont Blanc shaved ice ð°â€ The combination of the torched espuma on top and the Japanese chestnut Mont Blanc was so incredibly delicious that I finished it all up in a flash ð What kind of shaved ice have you guys had this year?

Combining ice with chestnuts... humans have strange preferences. It doesn't look too bad, like a snowy landscape, though. I'm only interested in gems, so I can't even imagine the taste.

This year, I hopped on the trend and tried the Dubai Choco Mochi Ice. It wasn't bad, but the mochi substitute (gyuhi) on top was a bit of a nuisance and made it hard to eat.

Mont Blanc on top of shaved ice... no way! The appearance is super photogenic and looks great lol. I also like that the combination sounds like it would definitely work well together, and you can tell just by looking that both the texture and flavor of the Mont Blanc look delicious. I ate shaved ice from a food stall lol

The ice crystals are so fine! My eyes are glued to the photosðâšïž I'm not a shaved ice fan, but as a Mont Blanc lover, I can't believe I'd fall victim to such a strong food attack. Thank you so muchð€£ I'm mesmerized just looking at it. I played it safe and had Tonden's pure shaved ice. I had haskap last year, so I went with melon this year ð I'm aiming for Ujikintoki next yearð

Looks delicious! I love Mont Blanc, so I'd love to try it sometime lol. I had shaved ice with caramel espuma and coffee jelly inside. You gotta have shaved ice at least once in the summer, right?
