The mountain dove featured in ･･･ has been nesting in our garden trees for a while, and the chicks hatched from its eggs have grown ♪ This photo was taken on February 8th this year. My mother went to see plum blossoms in the city with an old friend ♪ σ(･ω･`) was busy with housework at home... While I was handling laundry by the entrance, a mountain dove flew in from somewhere. I snapped a pic while it was perched, cooing! Σpω･´) Looking at this photo, both back then and now, always makes me feel warm and fuzzy! ♪(◍︎´꒳`◍︎) Now that I think about it, maybe this mountain dove came to check on me, σ(･ω･`), who was alone by the entrance doing something in the heavy snow? ... That's what I like to believe anyway! ♪ (*ﾉω・*)ﾃﾍ

Nice to meet you. We get white-eyes and sparrows in our garden too, but they fly away if I move even a little inside the house, so they've never been photographed. That's why I'm envious of your cute pictures…

Small animals are quite wary, so if you give off an aura of not bothering them, they might lower their guard a bit and you might have more chances for them to approach you♪ Where σ(･ω･`) is, not only sparrows but also Mejiro sometimes come in pairs♪ If you're good at taking pictures, you might be able to capture Mejiro as a subject, but unfortunately, σ(･ω･`) isn't good at photography, so I just enjoy them with my own eyes (*`･ω･)ゞ
