Ramen I Ate in Tokyo

This was the first ramen I had since coming to Tokyo!! It was a tonkotsu paitan (pork bone broth), so it was on the lighter side. Coming from Fukuoka, where I was born and raised, I kind of wanted something richer...! BUT‼️ Once I added the pepper, soy sauce, and garlic from the table, it got much richer and was super delicious!!! I guess my Fukuoka taste buds just prefer stronger flavors...? My friend felt the same way and we both laughed.
