This is lunch made with yesterday's leftovers. Special sale pork shoulder thin slices stir-fried with orange marmalade, cheese, and tomato toast, served with mayonnaise and lemon juice. It's a wrap! Folded into a triangle, I wrestled with the overflowing tomatoes and took a big bite! It turned out luxurious despite being cheap 😋
