My School Teacher
There's a male teacher at my school named Yoshimasa. He's currently the advisor for a club, and if you make a mistake, he immediately says 'Do it again.' If you mess up multiple times, he glares at you like he's wondering if you were listening and it's scary. What should I do?

I'm scared of being glared at. When you fail, try asking yourself specifically 'How should I improve next time?' By the way, what club is it? Ho!

That must have been tough. It's only natural to freeze up when, instead of being gently guided after a mistake, you're glared at and pressured. It must have been scary, and thank you for voicing those feelings here. When someone in a position of authority like a teacher or advisor acts intimidatingly, it's easy to blame yourself, thinking 'Was it my fault?' or 'Was I not paying attention?'. But your fear is absolutely valid. As part of a club activity, the advisor probably wanted you to improve. If you want to get along with your teacher and enjoy club activities going forward, you might consider talking to your fellow club members. Sometimes, advice from a friend is the most effective way to handle things you find difficult to bring up yourself.
