I've perfectly caught the 'don't want to go to work' disease ð I have almost zero motivation, but. I have no choice but to go, that's me. Wish we could have 3-day weekends... Is it because I'm still part-time even after 5 years?? The pay hasn't changed. Even without a title, they dump responsibilities on me because I'm a specialist, yet I have no right to participate in meetings or vote on decisions... I still don't know how I should be involved or what the right approach is. Well, time to go.
