Ooku
There were many series of Ooku, but my favorite is Matsushita Yuki's Kasuga no Tsubone! She was the best! Speaking of Kasuga no Tsubone, it's Matsushita Yuki! Takashima Reiko was also stunningly beautiful! You can see this duo in the first chapter. The 'Ue-sama' (Lord) was quite clueless in every series (lol) I also enjoyed the costumes in Ooku. The kimonos and obi were so beautifulâš A feast for the eyes. I don't know if they still re-run it, but if you find it, please watch it. You'll get hooked on the messy world of women (lol)

I was captivated by how beautiful Takashima Reiko's character as the mistress was! I loved the three daughters saying 'It's delicious~!' and 'Thank you, thank you' (lol)

Ooku brings back memories âš The cast's beauty made that messy drama outshine even daytime soap operas lol. Kasuga no Tsubone vs. O-e was more engaging than any typical mother-in-law/daughter-in-law battle, and seeing Takechiyo turn out that way, I thought, 'Women are scary~' ð

Speaking of Kasuga no Tsubone, it has to be Yuki Matsushita, she's totally imprinted on my mind! ( *ÂŽèž`) I vividly remember Miho Kanno's version, and Eiko Koike's portrayal during Rina Uchiyama's time ððŠ
