Theory: The Foreigner Series is Weaker Than the Local Series ~Komone Edition~

【Local Komone】 LS: Attack and recovery increase when building a deck with multiple colors (up to 3.8x each). SK: Deal damage equal to 15x your attack to the opponent, and recover allies by 4 + (number of heart boxes) * 1.5% of the damage dealt. Honestly, it's weak. The leader skill might barely be usable in attack/recovery reversal stages, but the skill is too weak. 15x attack is very low, and it doesn't even heal allies that well. Also, this character rarely appears in gacha. It's surprising the official developers thought of implementing a Foreigner version of her. 【Foreigner Komone】 LS: Blue attribute attack x3.5, HP x3, generate Chance Puyo on Next Puyo with 3+ combos. SK: Adjacent Enhance x7.5, Status effect +1 turn. Ability: If you clear 4 blue Puyo, recover 10% at the end of the turn. It's not exactly great, but it's stronger than the local version. It's the 5th weakest in the adjacent enhance category. (1st: 4x (Tin Band), 2nd: 6.5x (Shiny Luminous), Tied 3rd: 7x (Star Seeker Oni-Oni, Nyantapopoi)) Lulu ver.
