One Last Task Before Dinner
Today has basically been a full day of migraines, I guess. My head hurts, and I have tinnitus. It's probably stress too. No, it's definitely stress. And now I still have the task of making dinner, bathing the kids, and putting them to bed. My head really hurts...

That's a terrible migraine. You've got dinner and childcare waiting, which sounds really tough. Don't push yourself too hard, and make sure to take it easy and get some rest whenever you can.
