Eat Salmon for Christmas

The title sounded like a famous quote, I laughed so hard ( ＾ω＾ ) When it's this fatty, it's not even spicy with wasabi~ I seasoned mine with salt and grilled it yesterday.

This famous quote started with a monster from a tokusatsu show, and there's an anecdote that since then, more companies have been promoting salmon during the Christmas season... Why is fatty salmon so darn delicious~? By the way, this is what I bought, it's nearly 3,800 yen for 1kg, but it's perfect for bulk purchases.
