Don't have many red dice

Should I stop using them until next month's half anniversary (if there even is one)? People are bragging about getting them early, which is tempting... what should I do (；・∀・)? I always have to pull until it's almost guaranteed to get one. What's with this difference... → Maybe I should skip it to save for other characters like Kurobane. What's the point of being OP if I can't even use it properly?
