Cabbage is usually known for its freshness and texture, with not much distinct flavor, but as soon as it absorbed the gem, a sweetness overflowed and wouldn't stop! Plus, the original good points of cabbage – its texture and freshness – are completely intact! Normally, you'd need to add dressing or sauce to cabbage, but not only is that unnecessary, it would actually be a distraction. The gem I ate this time was orange-ish, so it had sweetness, sourness, and a slight spiciness, which all matched perfectly! Ah... This cabbage is too delicious. It's amazing.
